Today we are going to talk about a women named Zana. Zana could have been a yeti, a yet hybrid, or some subspecies of human.
She was captured in the caucuses mountains in 1850, the people who knew Zana said she was not a human at all. They called her a wild beast. Her skin was rubbery black or very dark grey, and she had reddish hair covering her whole body. Her strength and physical ability was second to none.
People would say she was able to out run a horse, and she was always naked. Her fingers and toes were very hairy and twice the size of a human. The people of that area would say that her expressions were pure animal, not human. She could not speak she just made sounds. But overtime she would respond when people called her name and she learned how to carry out basic task.
As Zana lived her life as a captive she did give birth to children from men within the village. Eventually scientist would hear the amazing story’s of Zana, but it wasn’t until 1964 when Russian scientist wanted to see if there was any truth to these story’s.
They tried for decades to find her grave but still to this day they have been unsuccessful. But do to the fact that Zana did have children, they were able to discover one of the biggest finds of the 20th century. While searching for Zanas grave there were able to locate Zanas youngest son, they took his remains to Moscow to be studied.
What they found is indeed a major scientific discovery. The skull had modern and ancient features, which fueled the fire for scientist to find the truth about Zana.
Thankfully to the discovery of her youngest son, modern-day geneticist were able to identify Zanas DNA. Zana had 100 percent ancient African DNA. No modern humans posses this ancient strain of DNA.
Some scientist do believe without a shadow of a doubt that Zana was a subspecies of human. She even could have been a yeti, if yeti’s are in fact a subspecies of human. Now I just can’t wait until they find her grave, as Zana does fit the description of a bigfoot.
